• Account information: Name, phone number, email address, role, and profile photo, used to create and manage your account.
• Location data: When you turn on the "Online" status, the App collects your device's GPS location in the background and sends periodic location updates to our servers so that your organisation can view field activity, visit history, and team location. A persistent notification is shown whenever location tracking is active. Location sharing stops when you go "Offline".
• Camera and photos: The App uses your camera to capture lead photographs and attendance verification selfies that you choose to take.
• Business data: Information you enter such as leads, customers, orders, products, attendance, and related notes.
• Device and usage information: Basic technical data (device model, operating system, app version) and activity logs used to operate and improve the App.

How We Use Information

• Provide core features: lead management, order processing, attendance, and location tracking.
• Enable managers and administrators within your organisation to monitor field sales activity and performance.
• Verify attendance and working hours.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and provide support.
• Improve the performance and reliability of the App.

How Information Is Shared

• Within your organisation: Your data (including location, orders, leads, and attendance) is visible to authorised administrators, managers, and linked distributors, according to role-based access controls.
• Service providers: We use Google Maps to display locations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Security

We protect your data using secure, encrypted, token-based authentication and industry-standard safeguards. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

Permissions Used

• Location (background/foreground service): for field activity tracking while you are "Online".
• Camera: to capture lead photos and attendance selfies.
• Storage / Photos: to attach and upload images.
• Notifications: to show the active tracking notification and alerts.

You can disable permissions in your device settings, though some features may stop working.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by authorised users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
